Obituary for Irene Leavins

Irene Leavins
Irene Pendleton Leavins, 91, of Bagdad, FL went home on March 9, 2017 to be with the Lord and her other family members.
Mrs. Leavins was born in Chumuckla, and was a homemaker and Pastor’s wife. She was a Soul winner and prayer warrior for many who needed a special touch of God.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Howard Grady Leavins, Sr.; a daughter, Earline Leavins Rice; sons: Howard Grady Leavins, Jr., William Franklin Leavins, Danny Charles Leavins, and Gary Wayne Leavins; and grandson, Daniel Rice.
Survivors include: six children: Waldine Leavins, Linda (Ray) Braly, Ann (Joel) Black, Gwen (Yehia) Ibrahim, Alice Leavins, Earl (Libby) Leavins and Donald (Mary) Leavins, Sr.; seventeen grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; four loving and faithful friends: Terry Smith, Betsy Allen, Anna Bonham, and June Taylor; plus many others.
Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until funeral service begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Faith Chapel Assembly of God Church, 8080 South Airport Rd., Milton, FL.
